Away you go!

These challenges have been created through partnership work between Hackney Music Service, Bernadette Clinton – Spanish Consultant for Hackney Education and her team of Spanish teachers, and Raquel Tola Rego – Spanish Teacher at Parkwood Primary School.  Huge thanks to all involved!

And with special extra thanks to all the teachers and partners who have provided us with individual challenges:

Pilar Gonzalez Gomez and her pupils at Mossbourne Riverside Academy

Adolfo Arribas Alvaro and his pupils at Sebright Primary School

Carmen Casado at Colegio Virgen de la Salud – Parkwood’s partner school in Spain

Christina Orts for creating the Saxophone Challenge especially for Parkwood, and to Parkwood for sharing it!

Marta Gil from Zamora in Spain and a friend of Parkwood!

Ann Wright, the VOCES8 Foundation, and the Apollo5 Singers

Two of the Cuban artists featured in these challenges are Hackney Music Service tutors, currently working across a number of primary and secondary schools in the borough as well as supporting / coaching ensembles and special projects – thank you for all your hard work Omar Puente and Hammadi Rencurrell Valdes!

Gracias a todos!
