*About Avant Garde Dance:

Avant Garde Dance is a professional dance theatre company based in Hackney. Alongside our critically acclaimed international touring work, Avant Garde is delighted to work in partnership with Hackney Music Service. Through our partnership, we tap into the rich overlap between music and dance, opening up new learning opportunities for young people across the borough and beyond. Starting at key Stage 1, through this rich overlap of disciplines, we explore a broad range of themes and narratives and create space for learning through playfulness and exploration. In key stages 4 and beyond, we offer students opportunities to explore careers in the arts, culture and entertainment sectors. Find out more at www.avantgardedance.com

Avant Garde offers free 1-hour taster classes to all schools in Hackney; email emma@avantgareddance.com to book a free taster session for your school today.
